Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

• Store Properly: When not in use, place your bag inside its dust cover and keep it in a cool, dry environment.
• Maintain Shape: Gently stuff the interior with acid-free tissue or soft cloth to preserve its form.
• Remove Surface Dust: Lightly brush away any dust with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
• Clean Gently: Combine a mild, pH-balanced soap with lukewarm water. Dampen a soft cloth in the solution, then carefully wipe the exterior. Follow with a clean, damp cloth to remove residue, and pat dry with a soft towel.
• Protect from Elements: Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and damage.
